100lbs GONE!!!

10lbs down since my first fill 4 weeks ago. So I am moving right along.

2 days post op-- slept like crap but slept, showered and I am already feeling better. I am about to walk around the house and work my spirometer.

2lbs weight loss during the Holidays...unheard of before my Band

4 month banniversary today, 48lbs down and I couldn't be happier

7 days officially with no diet soda. I do miss and I wonder if I will ever drink it again?

A Miracle has happened!!!! I have been Diet Soda free for over 24 hours

After 14 hours of fasting, 6 vials for blood work, 2 Sonograms, 1 stress test and 1 ekg....I am drained!

After my seminar the clear choice for me is the lapband!

All my appointments are made WOOHOO!!! Moving right along.

Another 2lbs gone...slow but steady!

Back from my sleep study now I will crawl into bed and get some sleep

Being around my gym today really made me miss it...Who Knew? Maybe I will go sometime this week

consult appointment made for 10/12. They told me this process could be done in 10 weeks or less. Excited and nervous all at once!

Consult on Wednesday and I keep eating like a freight train ARGGGGH!

Consult tomorrow...seems like forever just to get to this point and I haven't really started yet!
