100lbs GONE!!!

I have finally arrived to onderland

bye bye 50lbs!

4 month banniversary today, 48lbs down and I couldn't be happier

I lost 5lbs this week! I hope this means I am in the green

My surgery was 12/12/11 and today I officially lost 40lbs!!! <3 my band

I had my 3rd fill yesterday! My doctor was happy with my progress. 6lbs in 3 weeks. I am hoping this third fill has me seeing green

10lbs down since my first fill 4 weeks ago. So I am moving right along.

WOW!!! I beat the scale this week. Spin classes and calorie counting helped me lose 6 pounds this week. Take that Bandster Hell lol

-2 lbs down, white knuckling it until my next fill.

One thing I have learned, at the beginning if you want to lose weight you must work at it, because the green zone is still unknown.

First fill went great! Already had 3cc and he added 1 more. So total of 4cc in my 10cc band. Hope it makes a difference.

I literally locked my scale in the dog kennel. I am scared to take her out.

I indulged in Holiday foods...and I still lost a pound!!! Definitely would not have happened without my band. I consider this a victory!
