  1. Congradulations! I know it did not come without alot of hard work. I am glad you shared with everyone how much difference all this hard work can do. You can see it in your pics how much younger and even happier you are because of the weight loss. I wish you much success in reaching your overall goal and keep us posted. I personally am 58lbs down and 100 more to go. Good Job!!
  2. Oh, and I am dennis ( aka pudgyhd ) nice to meet you!
  3. Mindy you should feel pround that you are controlling your life instead of letting the food we eat control it. Your young so now is the time to fix this before it does major health issues to you. I was worried at first but its been 5 years now and I have had my ups and downs. Be consistent and exercise. No pops and sweets or fast food. Pop was my drawback as I love it, but carbonation will loosen your band. We are all her to assist with your journey andyou won't be judged. Congrats on approval and let's start this journney together!
  4. Don't feel your alone in this battle. I to had my surgery done in Oct. 2005 and have gained 60% back. My doctor quit practicing and so did I. I depended on him and did not get another fill till now. Just the fact that you've addressed the need to restart is an achievement. All my friends and family know now as I want their help and support. I don't care what others think or say, this is for me. I am new on this forum but have talked to many banders over the years. Time for me to practice what I have preached. I would wish you luck but you don't need luck, you need to believe in you and why your doing this. It has to be for you! Were all here just email away!
