I was tired of being overweight and feeling exhausted after doing very little. I wanted to be healthy and feel good about myself. I have tried multiple ways to lose weight, and I would lose weight but rarely kept it off. I knew I needed something more than just a weight loss program. This was the right choice for me. I am hoping to get under 200 lbs. by my 35th birthday.
