i have lost 92 lbs, and have at least 140 more to lose. my highest was 355 at 5'3.5". i would to at least see 130 tops. will see when i get closer to goal. lost another 1.5 yesterday, even though totm dreading the addition of exercise again, but will ease into it so i can make it a habit instead of a chore!

Since I'm coming up on my 2 year anniversary and still have a lot to lose......I wanted to pretend I was going back in for surgery. So I went back to clear liquids for 2 days. Now you know how fun that is! And of course, it's never a perfect day for me either, but I still did awesome. In the past 7 days I lost 8 lbs! Yayyyyy! Ready to see some progress again in this journey. Only 6 more lbs to lose to get down to the lowest I've been since surgery, you know how it goes. Up down up down. But I've always steadily kept the loss down. I'm hoping everyone is doing well. We are coming up on the holiday season and that can be an issue. I'm going to try and be very conscious of if that bite is really really worth the calories. Hoping to hear from you all, bundle up, stay warm, and have a wonderful holiday season everyone!

new NSV: bath sheets just to big now. i have to bunch it up to tuck it around me. im going to have to down grade to a normal sized towel, geez. insert sarcasm here, lol. its been a long year. insee some around me that have reached goal already and some that are slow losers like me. we all go at our own pace, its a lot to learn and relearn and reteach. i just now feel im ready for another fill, its ben over 6 months i think. i needed to ensure i was eating correctly, chewing very well, and what foods and when i can eat. things you never thought of before. im very glad i got my band, i see new changes both physically and mentally constantly. you just need to enjoy the process instead of thinking your life will start once you reach goal. live now and blossom into a new you. much love and peace to you all.

That's interesting to hear on the dehydration, ive often wondered if i just needed to keep drinking fluids throughout the day just to keep the whole opened enough to get some food down. am and afternoon im tight but by dinner time i can eat anything....... hitting a plateau for a while now, need to refocus again, it sure is getting harder now. Did Grear today. 9 glasses of Water (so far) today, Protein shake for Breakfast, metabolic research center tomato basil Soup for lunch, chicken thigh for dinner, couple pieces of fried potato, and some peas and corn. I feel full and actually got to eat chicken! I really watched myna ire sizes, speed and chewing and it worked great. Took forever to eat, 30-45 minutes, but I feel so much better and satisfied. Does take some will power, but it's worth it. Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk

I'm in the same boat as many. My class at the YMCA is off for August so I don't have that push to go. Then when I do it kills me and makes me not want to go even more. Plus I pulled a calf muscle good and that's been causing problems. Then on the food side been eating sliders since I have problems with anything else. Don't know if it's me not taking small enough bites, getting so hungry I eat too fast or what. So needless to say I'm not losing. Feel like I'm failing my band. It's a cycle now, I feel hungry and when I find something that will go down I eat that. I need some healthy options for when the band is tight...off to research the boards! I drove to Michigan and back this weekend. That's a 12 plus hour trip each way. A lot lot lot of sitting and eating crap food and not drinking enough water (that would mean more rest area stops). Plus eating not the best options with a "vacation mentality" and being at moms house eating what's offered. Needless to say I still lost 2 pounds this weekend! Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk
