  1. Why do only some Dr's (mine) require the liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery?
  2. So I am new and would love to know how people put those cute graphics on their posts..(the ones that show progress with weight loss.
  3. Mine will be at NYU in NYC with Dr. Fielding. I do not live in England...although I do love it there:) What protein drinks do you all like? I guess I should be trying out some as well..although honestly I am more into getting my last tastes of real food for a while:)
  4. I just got my surgical date yesterday (it will be on March 5th) . I am very nervous, but want to go through with it this time ( backed out two years ago). I don't kow how I will keep to the liquid diet for two weeks before, since I am having the surgery because I have been unable to stick to any diet. I seem to want to eat a lot now, to make up for no eating at all for weeks. Any tips for how to get through this? Also I saw some pictures of peoples' scars (I thought there would only be one scar..I don't get why there are multiple scars)..do these heal up well? thanks for advising a nervous newbie:)
