I don't have the band yet, so I cannot answer those two questions, but I can help with the pizza. I was searching all the recipes on here the other day and found one that looked delicious, it was crustless pizza. They have all kinds of pizza receipes on here, just go to the main forum page and click on the food category, and then i believe that there is a topic on just pizza.
