Down 60 here. Walking 2 miles every morning! This time last year I couldn't walk to mailbox n back without pain n out of breathe!!!!!! Happy happy here!!!

Lbs here had an almost two week stall but am back ! When can I add salads anyone know? All good here

I am doing great. Down 50 (but I have a lot to lose!). I haven't had salads yet but I have had cucumber slices with tuna fish and tolerated that well so prob can do that soon! Still just trying to get ALL that Water in, and ALL the Multivitamins, and ALL the Protein and now Miralax ugh! What multi vits are you on? I'm tired of these chewables 4x a day! I would rather just do a capsule lol
Hi, not into cucumbers.
My doc only has me on one multi Vitamin ,b complex, zinc , and folic acid. I don't crush or chew them anymore. Just swallow them lol . the multii Vitamin i take are prenatal ones. My choice.I c my doc Oct 13th. . haven't any problems with any files of have eaten so far, I still do one Protein Drink a day , eat a lot of fish, cottage cheese , started my coffee in mornings bout 2 weeks ago, other than that o drink Water water water lol. Continued luck to all!

Sleeved on 7/8 and have lost 45 lbs. I don't like salad but eat zucchini noodles all the time. I'm swimming daily and can't wait to start strength training next month[/qote]Great job ! Neva had zucchini noodles before, is it packaged? What the stats ,ie. Carbs fat etc etc ..thx

Yes I'm happy for the 10 lbs but it just seems like everyone else is losing so much more, I'm just wondering if the low calories I'm taking in are affecting my progress
Water water water Proteins and keep carbs low. Don't worry how !much everyone else is losing, we all lose at a different rate ! Good luck hugs !!!!

Congratulations, that's great! The reason I ask I was sleeved on July 28 and I've only lost 10 lbs my loss seems very slow haven't lost anything in about 4 days[/quoteOnly! Only! Ten pounds!! That's great !!!

First visit was may 1st surgery was july 6th. Went fast for me anyways lol

My surgery was July 7 and I'm going back to work tomorrow. I started eating eggs and cheese this last week and it has done wonders for my energy. I'm down 25 pounds but my loss has definitely slowed since adding more foods. I have a pain that hurts badly when I bend down to pick things up off the floor, but I'm hoping that goes away soon. Best of luck to everyone!

Just checking on to c how everyone is doing ? Doing great here, finally got my butt I. Gear bout 3 months ago started walking now walk in mornings 2 miles and again at night 2 !iles , this comes from a year ago I couldn't walk to mail box n back without being out of breath or in pain. He everyone is doing good!?
