  2. I got my surgery done on February 28th and don't get my first fill until April 16th. I have noticed that I am very hungry. My doctor warned me that this would happen before my first fill. The only advice he gave me was stay active and try to stick to 3 meals a day without snacking... HARD to do when I love to snack....I have been trying to stay active. Walking or going to the gym to take some weight off. As for my hunger issues... I've been drinking a lot of crystal light to fill me up so I don't feel so hungry. I actually just got on this site because I was feeling like walking to the vending machine and getting something to keep me going until lunch. Sometimes coming on this website helps to remind me of my goals and I stay strong.
  3. Hi, I was banded on February 28th. Although the first couple of weeks was hard for me to get use to the liquid diet... I'm so glad I did it. I'm a couple pounds away from 20 lbs. and so excited to lose more.
