Thank you! I have been making sure to walk every hour, sometimes more than that, it really helps with the shoulder pain. The Water is a must as my mouth is so dry, did you have a salty kind of taste in your mouth after surgery? I am hoping it will go away but am not sure what is the cause of it? Thank you for your encouraging words also!

Just letting you all know I am home, got home roughly 5 hours after my surgery, I am having a little pain in my shoulder blades but other than that I seem to be doing okay.

My surgery is tomorrow and I just read about all the lap band deaths in California (not a good thing to read), Can anyone tell me what to expect the next few days ( I am sooo antsy)
