Tell work only what they need to know! The nerves go away with the weight loss. Good luck,nice to have your own built in coach, just don't angry at her, worst comes to worst,come back her and we will help!

Suck it up or cancel the surgery. As CG says you can do it if you want it! Negative thoughts will not help! I wish you well, but we were all scared and most of us still are. Shake it off and life will improve!

Many people report hair loss. As Missy said it is partially due to the anesthesia, it can also occur if people lose weight too fast. I lost hair but it is all back now. Another supplement reported to help is B50. Good luck!
