Many people who lose a lot of weight have to have their gall bladder removed. So be happy yours is already gone!

As the fish cools, the juices flow out and it gets denser and dryer. Try to zap it the microwave a few seconds to see if that helps.

Sounds like you may be swollen and blocked. Can you drink water?

You could put the soup through the blender and then eat it. Best would be to check with your nutritionist or surgeon.

Keep thinking about losing kids. Everyone loses at a different rate. There is no right or wrong rate. SLow and steady will win out in the end. -
No Superman acts needed. Just telll them you love them and you are doing this journey so you can spend more and more time with them. Today is transitory. They will remember the end results!

You should not be vomiting is you are eating the proper foods and chewing sufficiently. If this happens all the time you could damage your band, so you should call the doctor to discuss. It sounds like you are too full.

Talk to the doctor about what you are eating. Fills don't have to happen everytime you go in.

I agree... if you cannot get hold of your emotions now, I would postpone the surgery and seek food counseling first. It is a major lifestyle change and if you were truly ready, I don't think you would be fighting it so hard. Good luck. -
