My surgeon said three meals and 1-2 snacks daily as long I was losing weight.

Should be fine. Depending on your starting weight the lbs fly off at first.

So sorry to hear about your slip. I hope your improved eating habits will win out and you will be successful keeping weight off without the band. Best wishes! Watch the portion sizes and bite sizes, that will keep you eating a the right pace! -
Ask for liquids or chewable versions. Better safe than sorry or stuck! I take mine one at a time. If the calcium one is big, look for Calcium citrate minis.... they are much smaller and easier to swallow!

I get them occasionally. You can change your settings so that only friends can see your pics then go into the manage friends and delete the offenders. That finally stopped mine. Good luck!

Yep... keep the liquid intake, non protein based to 64 ounces or more, and use a facial moisturizer. Dehydration can cause the skin to look sallow.

Often there is scar tissue under incisions... especially when the re-open one. I would find some vitamin e and try massaging it once or twice daily. If it is still bothering you ask you surgeon for advice.

I think they are fine as a fill in. Definitely better than a lot of things I can think of!

Insurance will cover surgery, but not always the surgeon's fee? Call and ask the insurance people at your practice what gives. -

Port should not move unless it comes loose. If it seems to move around as you press beside it, call your doctor!

Stick to your allocated foods. Don't be a hero... just say no to the lasagna. It sure beats the alternative! Good luck going forward. Eating out is a whole new life skill. You will get there. Experience is a great teacher. -
