I feel great. The holidays are over and I am still happy with ME!!! Without my sleeve I would have torn the tables down and my weight would have gone up. #NeverAgain

Like my sleeve sister kgremmy, today marks my 1 year post op. I could not have imagined this and if you would have showed it to me I would have called you a liar. I have lost 127lbs. I can wear size 8 loosely & size 6 nicely. This coming from someone who was 298lbs and in size 22's. I am so thankful to the Almighty God for this blessing. #Lifechanging.

Tomorrow is my 1 year sleeve-versary. I think I am going to put up a pic. It has been a great year, mind blowing. Showed me I really did not know as much as I thought I did. lol. He really has all power and control. Limitless in what he can do.

Back on track after 2 Thanksgiving celebrations. Have lost 4lbs in a day or so. Love my sleeve!!!! Wish everyone could feel this in-control of their weight and size. If it was up to me I would have done this years ago, but I am grateful that it was done in God's time and not my own.

Happy Thanksgiving week to you all!!! I know we all will probably be a little caught up in the festivities and family, So if I don't get it out now I probably will forget. My house will host Thanksgiving this year, so as you can imagine there is much to do.

God is soooooo Good!!!! I have tears in my eyes right now. A financial weight has been lifted off my shoulders all by the grace of God. As I look back on the situation I can see the hand of God at work. And I am so thankful that he has me covered even when no one else does. Thank You my heavenly Father. I praise your name.

Side effect of sleeve, I have to get all new winter shoes. My old ones do not fit, I literally walk right out of them. I rather replace for weight loss rather than weight gain.

Feeling better today. Could it be, cause it is Friday? or because I have the best gift in the world, my sleeve. It helps me correct wrong choices/behavior.

UGH!! I got very comfortable in my size 8's lost focus, started settling in. Would be okay if this is really where I wanted to stop, but it is not, got 38 more lbs to go. Hello shakes & protein, goodbye bad eating habits. I have miles to go before I sleep- Hear that song in my head. lol.

Ok so the skinniest lady in the world, at my office, just commented, "Wow you are really getting skinny. You look so good." I just smiled and said thank you. A true compliment coming from her.

I am having a strange love affiar with melted cheese. Tastebuds after sleeve are truly different.

Is it just me but I find I do much better with eating and fluids when I am at work. I stick to my meal and snack schedule diligently M-F, Now the weekend lol that is a whole other story.

Sticking to the regimen of eating right, exercise, and getting plenty of fluids has resulted in me getting back on track and a new all time low weight of 181.2!!! God is good, I thank him for this wonderful tool.

Renewed motivation as the scale continues to drop. Another 1.8 lbs came off, Seeing this I will continue to eat right, watch the clock, get plenty of fluids, and exercise.

Following the rules, eating right, watching the clock, and getting enough fluids, yesterday does pay off. Scale dropped 2 pounds!!! Now that's motivation. Be encouraged, keep going.

Starting today I am "detoxing" my body. Strictly good food choices and water. No more mindless snacking and eating without watching the clock.

I just thank God today is Friday and I made it through another week. So grateful to God for life, health, strength, my precious babies, and my DH. Walking around work with an shirt that says I Love my HUBBY.
