Congrats Lady..Whoohoo..that is my goal weight and we started at the same weight as well....I'm so proud of you keep up the awesome job you give me hope....

I gained 2 lbs this week I am not 211 starting weight 232 I can not weight to get to onderland: but I had fried foods only worked out 1 day and had wine for 3 days straight..so I know it's my fault from eating and drinking the wrong things..Today is a new day :Banane55:

all great advice thank you all...I was depressed about loosing 22 bls since November 5th but now I feel better...I am back in the gym 2 to 3 maybe I need to up this to five days..

I am going to try these..been hitting the gym but only been loosing 1 pound a week..I need a kick in the butt to get me back on track. Thank you and happy belated birthday.

I have been feeling that I am a slow user but I try to think positive and keep exercising...and only weight myself once a week. No preop weightloss..

I do the Elliptical for 30-45 min then do the treadmill for 20-30 min..I said once I get under 200 then I will start my weight training again.

I had 5 from Dr. Kelly he did not use a drain. I hat the one he put up under my breast hopefuly my boobie job will cover it ugh!!
