    I did not do the pre op just fasted for two days...I was suppose to do it but didn't...I lost 16lbs last month with a 3lb gain for Thanksgiving...

    Hi everyone congrats on your weigthloss...I had surgery on 11/5/11 no pre op lost...date of surgery weight 232 weighed in today 12/03/11 and my weight is 216 so total weight loss is 16 lbs..I also must add and admit by shame that I gained 3 pound doing thanksgiving :banghead: ...that crushed me...I started exercise this past Monday as well.

    Hello All, I have been really researching for a while and decided to make the jump and get the Sleeve my only concern while researching I have read that people are not loosing as much and the Duodenal Switch is better because when you get the sleeve you hit stalls...Is this true? What are your honest thoughts..what made you choose the sleeve and not the duodenal switch or lap-band ect.. thanks

    I had my surgery on November 5, 2011 -7 days out now; and so far I have lost 8 lbs. No pre op diet...all post op pounds... :Banane55:
