  1. You are looking radiant in all your photos!!! I am looking forward to meeting Tatum (via picture) when she makes her grand entrance into this world. Congratulations again!!!!
  2. How about cranberry juice the tannins in it coats the inside of your bladder making it hard for the bacteria to hold onto and they get flushed out. Since you are prone to the UTI I would think a cranberry juice a day will keep the bacteria away
  3. mmm this does sound yummy!!!
  4. I just want to point out you did not gain all the weight in a couple of months give it some time. You will lose the weight. Maybe look at your percent of weight that you have lost from the weight you need to lose. I am 8 months out and have lost 63% of my excess weight. Jai Marie by my calculation you have lost 17% of your excess weight in 6 weeks. That is amazing!!!! ( amount you have lost / total needed to lose). May bring more perspective to the weight lost. Dream life by my calculation you have lost 31% of you excess weight in 6 weeks. I think you should be really excited for that amount lost!
  5. I actually do not remember when it stopped for me but just so you know I am 8 months out and it has not happened for a long time now.
  6. If the sleeve has been performed correctly you should not have too much stretch. There will be an increase in volume after all has settled down, but the stretchy portion of the stomach has been removed so you should not be able to stretch the stomach back to the original size. That being said you could still eat slider foods that slide right on through the sleeve and you gain weight. Its all in the mindset as to keeping the weight off.
  7. I do not count fruits and veggies as the no carbs. Only what I call white refined carbs are the limited ones for me. Its all a personal preference and everyone has to find what works for them. I eat as many fruits and veggies my sleeve allows me.
  8. I prefer the gummie Vitamins as I tried some chewables and my tummy did not agree with them. In they went and 1 minute later out they came. Plus with the gummie ones I feel like I am getting a treat!
  9. SN..............start weight.............current weight............goal.......................lbs to goal Autumnlily..........246.6.........................237.8......................230.....................7.8 I have been in a stall the past 2 weeks so I have revised my Halloween goal to something that I may achieve. I am hoping the stall breaks and I blow right past this goal.
  10. You two are working that sleeve!! Keep up the great work! PS love the shiny shoes as well
  11. I just want to rub your belly!!! What an exciting time for you and your family. Love the photos!!!
  12. SN................start weight.............current weight................goal...............lbs to goal Autumnlily........246.6........................238.8............................220...................18.8 Not too bad. Carbs are my demon. Does anyone know a good exorcist
  13. That seems like alot of carbs. I know when I have my binge weeks with carbs I lose maybe a pound if I am lucky and the other weeks when I am following my carb intake and keeping it low I lose more. Just because they are a nutritionist does not mean they know what is best for everyone.
  14. Keep us posted on your progress. You will be in my prayers to raise your platelets!!!
  15. You could have done chew and show that would have gotten them to stop looking.
  16. yah it is best to eat the toppings for now. You will be able to incorporate the tortilla later on down the road. You will still need the tortilla as a base to keep everything together.
  17. Have you tried Gas -X in strip or pill form? Maybe try warm liquids.
  18. Ahhh Rootman you gave me a good chuckle on your huge ears. Congratulations on all your successes you have come a long long way in a short period of time.
  19. I agree I find that there is a lot of trial and error in the beginning. Sip slowly and you should do fine.
  20. SN.......................start weight.............current weight.................goal................lbs to goal Autumnlily...............246.6.......................240.8...............................220..................20.8 Ok I did not realize that I screwed up my posting last week. I have fixed it now. Had a pretty good weightloss this week. Hope I can keep it up.
  21. Just say you had some laparoscopic surgery for a private issue and that you would prefer not to discuss it. Leave it at that its no ones business as to what goes on with your body.
  22. Wow you look Hot hot hot!!!! I hope to look half as good as you when I reach goal.
  23. Mine became the period from Hell for the first 5 months. I am now almost 7 months out and they are taming down (on a side note at the same time my weight loss has also slowed down). Probably all the extra estrogen being released from your fat cells in your stomach. I had one that had me almost crying on the floor and thinking of calling an ambulance. I got through it but it was not nice. Check with your OBGYN next time you see her/him.
  24. Liquids in liquids out solids in solids out. You may not have to have a BM but if you are worried then Miralax I hear is good.
  25. congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very excited for you
