Please HELP!!

Everything about healing from surgery and starting my new sleeve life is ok with the exception of this trapped air in my sotmach going up my throat EVERY TIME I drink fluids. Im on a liquid diet for 7 more days. The trapped air is so painful I dont know what to do. I've tried drinking side ways, drinking extreeemely slow, wet tongue sips. nothing is helping today. Yesterday was not so bad heck I even felt positive enough to write encouraging words to folks, but today, the air is just trapped right in the top of my throat and nothing I do is helping relieve it. Im taking my meds daily. Any suggestions??

I agree...try warm liquid or ice cold liquids. Also, try holding the liquid in your mouth and letting it trickle down your throat. That worked for me.
