  1. I hope that every thing goes well with your appeal! I am from the DFW metroplex, but I am at the beginning (very beginning) of my Band journey. Good luck with every thing and hope than you are enjoying a band new life soon! Dawn (extremely pre-band)
  2. I am looking for someone who lives in the Tricare Region 6 area and have had the Lap-Band. Please email me with any suggestions, comments, information, tidbits...... Thanks-Dawn (really pre-band)
  3. Hi, my name is Dawn and I live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth (Texas) Metroplex. I am (or formally was) a teen parent, graduated high school, just graduated from college and am now in the process of finding a job (I just got my license). I have been overweight since middle school but obese ( ) for the past 6 years. I am currently 23, but do not feel it. Not that I know what age I do feel. I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old and cant wait to get further into the process of banding so that I may enjoy energy that I once took for granted. I do not have insurance unitl Late Aug when my husband will be leaving with the Army National Guard for Basic & Specialty training...in which he will be gone for 7 months (so hopefully I can get everything done in that time period). Anyway, congratulations to those that have the band and have begun their new lease on life and good luck to all those in the process! Dawn (pre-band, still researching options & waiting to be insured)
