PB2 is really good in the costco Premier chocolate Protein Shakes. It is like having a melted Reeses Peanut Butter cup:-)

Rocky start but now you can heal. Best of luck and no looking back except to compare before and after pictures!

I do the same as SunnyCox stated. I tell people I eat less and exercise more, which is not a lie.

Regardless you must eat! He was a stupid f@#$, but don't allow him to make you sick. You will gain if not eating properly because your body is not going to know when it will get food regularly so it will store it leading weight gain.
It was HIS decision to cheat, you getting skinny is not an excuse. Stay strong!

It is Water and poo, vacation always does that. I bet you will be back down those pounds in no time. Focus on the good things like you were active while on vacation!

oh flan, that is liquid gold! Well now you know flan is OFF the list. I bought a new car last night and you know how long all that paper sigining crap goes on. So by the time we finished there was only fast food open, I ate my first (and LAST) McDonlads chicken nugget since my surgery. One single nugget sent my sleeve into a frenzy!

Remember to tell the kids that you are not mad at them. Kids will internalize things, so you need to keep reminding them. Even the super young ones, tell them how much you love them and you are not mad at them. Trust all of us on this site, the moodieness will go away. Hang in there!

Trust me the short temperedness will go away. I was super scared I was going to stay a b***h, my poor husband. But it does go away, well replaced with a little depression then it goes back to normal. Hang in there tell your kids mom is going to be a little different but it won't last.

I take all my Vitamins first thing in the morning when I get up at 3:45. Then I drink a Protein shake on the drive to work, which is an hour drive! Around 8:00 I have yogurt, then lunch at 11:00 usually something chicken, 2:00 is a cheese stick or nuts, 4:00 another Protein Shake for the drive home then a little bite of chicken before cardio class. dinner is aftern the gym so usually around 7:00 and it is turkey or chicken. I drink continuously in between except for the 30 minutes before or after. I know I don't get in all the Water I should.
Make time for exercise to help with sagging skin. You will be losing weight even without it, so don't be tempted to let that be the way you lose. Still get out there and exercise. My life has changed and it seems like I am either exercising or eating all the time.
Good luck you will love it!

A few meals here and there won't stretch your sleeve. I also had to learn to measure my food because just one bite over made me sick. Really learn what that feeling is before you over eat. The feeling is there we just were not use to it.

I use the PB2 Peanut Butter powder it is great and alot easier to deal with than real peanut butter. You should give it a try.
Where do I find PB2?
-
I also do the Premier chocolate and spruce it up with 1/2 teaspoon of smooth Peanut Butter and blend with some ice, it taste like a beanut butter cup...so delicious. You will find most of the shakes need some enhancements:-)

I have hypothyroidism also. I was worried about taking my medication every day after the surgery. In the first week after surgery I did not take it due to I did not really drink or eat too much. However I started taking it the second week and did not have any difficulties. It has not impacted my ability to lose weight. I have lost 40 pounds and feel great!

coffee may help you "go" for several reasons.
- It's hot. Drinking warm liquids such as coffee or tea, especially in the morning, is often suggested to relieve constipation.
- It's a liquid. Although coffee was always thought to be dehydrating, this is not the case. Since getting enough fluids can help keep you regular, a cup of joe counts toward your daily Fluid consumption.
- The caffeine in coffee stimulates the muscles in your digestive tract to contract, making you have to head to the potty
