  1. I take all my Vitamins first thing in the morning when I get up at 3:45. Then I drink a Protein shake on the drive to work, which is an hour drive! Around 8:00 I have yogurt, then lunch at 11:00 usually something chicken, 2:00 is a cheese stick or nuts, 4:00 another Protein Shake for the drive home then a little bite of chicken before cardio class. dinner is aftern the gym so usually around 7:00 and it is turkey or chicken. I drink continuously in between except for the 30 minutes before or after. I know I don't get in all the Water I should.

Make time for exercise to help with sagging skin. You will be losing weight even without it, so don't be tempted to let that be the way you lose. Still get out there and exercise. My life has changed and it seems like I am either exercising or eating all the time.

Good luck you will love it!

  2. I have hypothyroidism also. I was worried about taking my medication every day after the surgery. In the first week after surgery I did not take it due to I did not really drink or eat too much. However I started taking it the second week and did not have any difficulties. It has not impacted my ability to lose weight. I have lost 40 pounds and feel great!

  3. coffee may help you "go" for several reasons.

    1. It's hot. Drinking warm liquids such as coffee or tea, especially in the morning, is often suggested to relieve constipation.
    2. It's a liquid. Although coffee was always thought to be dehydrating, this is not the case. Since getting enough fluids can help keep you regular, a cup of joe counts toward your daily Fluid consumption.
    3. The caffeine in coffee stimulates the muscles in your digestive tract to contract, making you have to head to the potty
