  4. I am so sorry you have to go thru this, it is so hard to lose pets. You can make it thru this, food will not help you, keep the faith, you have worked to hard to get where you are. Hugs to you.
  5. I have no idea...I can eat 5 oz tho! No problem at all.
  6. Frustrating isnt it? Hang in there, you will start losing again soon!
  7. I am sorry you are having the issue. I am with Pookey, try the patch. I was nauseous when I came out of surgery and they gave me the patch...worked great!
  8. I am so sorry to hear about your friend. You made a wrong decision, no biggie. Just get back up on that horse girl...you are doing so well, I wouldnt worry about a measly 1/2 slice of bread!!!
  9. Woo hoo! I love that feeling. I was a 20...now a 12, almost a 10 in certain jeans...yaaay to us!!!!
  10. I was real bad and had a drink two weeks out at a crab feed. I had cranberry with a splash of vodka, did fine but....probably shouldnt have done it.
  11. I had been researching surgery for a year before I actually had my surgery. I read everything I could, browsed sooo many forums etc. I was soooo prepared and ready when it came time. You will be too! Just jump in, the water is fine!!!!!
  12. All my testing was done at another facility , but they are affiliated with my hospital so I just walked in and got it done, no explaining what I was there for. I had a real smooth pre-op experience.
  13. Yes, it is normal. If you want a burger, have it without the bun with maybe just the tom/onion/lettuce? You wont be able to eat much but the craving will be satisfied. Chinese, I get something with a lot of vegies( I eat mostly the meat for the protein) and eat a 1/2 cup and am good, craving gone!
  14. Thanks for sharing Steve, best of luck to you on your journey. Keep us posted.
  15. Congrats to you! I know how good it feels to finally look good in clothing. Wasnt too long ago I hated to shop....now I love it. My husband wont like it tho...he might have to take the credit card...lol!
  16. Yoga pants were my best friend for the first few weeks. Bra, not so much, only wore it when I left the house. Glad to hear you are doing well, you look fantastic!
  17. Glad to hear you are doing well. Keep up the good work and make sure to walk and sip your water!
  18. I agree... go to the doc and get checked out. Heat exhaustion is nothing to mess with. Better to be safe than sorry.
  19. Yaaaay! Feels soooo good doesnt it? Congrats to you!
  20. Hi Nettle, congrats on your upcoming surgery. I tried a boatload of protein drinks and the only ones I like are the Muscle Milk lights ( Costo has them) I take Costco brand multi's and Calcium. I had the Kirkland chewables for a while, they are good too! I think your best bet is to go to a GNC or something similar and buy singles of a few different brand of protein drinks and see which ones you like, there are soooo many and so many like different ones. The chocolate Muscle Milk ones are the bomb!
  21. And I just bought a couple new bras this last week. I lived with the baggy cups for a while!
  22. I am 4 1/2 months out and I went from a 42ddd to a 40d so I did drop a bit. I would maybe go down one size at most, you never know!
  23. OMG...sound fantastic, thanks for sharing!
  24. Yaaaay to you, glad you are doing well. Hopefully you can go home today!
  25. I have no problem with limes as I love them too but I didnt try them till I was about 5 weeks out. I had fish ceviche, had no issue at all. Good old trial and error is all you can do. Good luck.
