    At 10 months and 110 pounds down my tummy doesn't look to bad what looks the worse is under my arms. I lost 2 bra sizes and all the extra skin is bunched up under there. They cut you hip bone to hip bone so you gotta be ready for that scar!
  3. I started losing my hair at 2 1/2 months. It finally quit falling out at 7 months, now at 10 months it is finally growing back SLOWLY!! I see all these little hairs popping up but at the bottom it is still quite thin. It's just something we have to deal with. Worth it!

    I do 60 carbs a day. I work out 6 hours a week. I could not live on 20 or 30 a day and feel well . I make sure 80% are complex carbs. Makes a huge difference.

    I craft. In the evening when I want to munch I make hairbows. Doing pretty good too I even sold a few :-D

    You have to find some that work and stick to it. Last month I kept forgetting to pick them up and it was only 4 days and at the end of the week I felt like poo. I do women's one daily petite. You have to take 2 but worth not choking. Then my iron is really small. I also take B1 which is small and I only do a calcium chew 2 days a week my levels are great. All the bariatric vitamins I ever tasted gross and couldn't choke them down.

    I am a deal shopper! I hit sales constantly. Especially shirts. I figure if its 2.00 and a size smaller i will be able to wear it soon! I never have any luck at Goodwill.

    I have never been able to eat and drink together. It hurts so bad even after a half hour if I have eaten chicken or dense meat.

    I love getting new gym clothes!! I almost had an accident myself lol. I have been getting tighter fitting pants, It has to be a tight fitted waist, I can't get the drawstrings, they fall down every time. If you don't want to spend a lot of $$ since they are Falling down before you know it Danskin at Walmart is a great brand! Also I hit Marshall's weekly they have great deals on Nike.

    Everyone needs to listen to their surgeons instructions ofcourse, my NUT told me it was the accidental SWALLOWING factor was the reason for the no gum. I have been chomping down everyday for 6 months. Orbit White Bubblemint. I <3 gum.

    I had my surgery on Dec 27. I was on liquids on Christmas. I never regretted it. I started out the new year on my journey! I actually stuck to my resolution. I would do it ASAP. What's one holiday season when you can be on the road to good health? I promise by next Christmas you will be able to eat again.

    Shoe Size?

    I lost a whole size, from 9 to 8. It was quite a pain cause I had bought a pair of great running shoes and in 3 months they didn't fit.
  15. It's kinda gross but I do pay attention to my pee. If its not clear or close to it I know I need more water. I have been hospitalized twice for dehydration and its serious business! Usually they just hook you up to an IV for a few hours then send you home.

    I started crafting. I make wreaths, hairbows, all kinds if things I find on Pintrest. Keeps my fingers busy and my mind occupied.

    How Many Carbs

    I am 9 1/2 months out. I do 70 carbs a day. I still lose 2 pounds a week still. It's all in what kind, how much exercise you do and what your body wants. There is NO WAY I could do my hour a day workouts on 20 carbs. You will be able to feel what is right for your body.

    Also only being 2 weeks out I would mostly concentrate on water. Most important. Dehydration is no joke! The protein will increase a little at a time.

    A few sips aren't going to hurt. I wouldn't make it a habit. I broke the habit by leaving my drink in the fridge until it was time. If we are out somewhere I just don't order a drink. I am 9 months out and sometimes I think it's been long enough and I take a drink and I feel like I'm going to suffocate. I guess I am one of the people who are physically unable to drink and eat together.

    Droopy Inner Thighs.... :-(

    Squats and lunges will help some. My legs look much better since I started doing them with my workout. But it's taken months.
