    Most importantly just relax! You won't be able to get all water and protein in for awhile. Concentrate on water, dehydration is awful no sugar coating it. Just keep sipping. Your energy will be depleted for a bit. I was 3 months out before I didn't want to take a nap everyday! Your body is getting used to the low calories. Just walk it helps with the pain. Sip and let everyone who is willing help out around the house. You have to be selfish during this time, it's an important part of recovery. Good luck and welcome to the losers bench :-)

    I just started wrapping mine around my stairs and doing basic arm workouts then leg workouts. Google it and you will find tons with the pictures to boot. Livestrong.com has a ton of great exercise tips at every level. Most important part is moving!

    Food dreams

    The first say of liquid diet pre op I had a dream about Gravy. Mounds and mounds and fountain of gravy. And I was on top of the fountain and couldn't reach it. Also I had a dream about Creme horns (that fluffy pastry with white cream in the middle) and I was sitting in a round room I was in the middle, there were tables and tables full all around me. But I had no arms or legs and couldn't grab them...... Wonder what a dream analysis expert would do with that?

    You need to RAISE your calories. Maybe just 100-200 more. Your body is in starvation mode. It has gotten used to the calorie reduction and is holding on to that fat stored for dear life! Also WATER. The more you drink the less you hold on to. When I get stuck I up to a gallon a day and a few pounds melt off the next week.

    What is your definition of feeling full?

    I hiccup when I'm full. That "2 bite" rule is true. I can always tell when I'm chewing that I shouldn't be eating that bite and spit in in my napkin. Kinda gross hut better than swallowing.
  11. Are you kidding? I threw mine out the window I have always LOVED clothes! Now I can wear anything I want AND look awesome! (I always wore what I wanted lol)

    I was stalled for 6 weeks then increased my calories, went to a gallon of water a day and raised my carbs for a week. I lost 4 the next week and 3 the Next. My body was in starvation mode and was holding onto everything. You might need an increase

    I'm glad I am now lactose intolerant cause I LOVED me some ice cream pre sleeve. Now it hurts my tummy bad!

    Arm Jiggle

    I do 2 days low weight, high rep. 1 day high weight low rep. It has helped a TON. Sure they are still jiggly how could they not be? But I would look much worse without the exercise!

    I've Cheated!

    I guess I just don't give a shiz. I was open about it, didn't hear any rudeness to my face, I got a couple snide side comments (the lady who told me I DIDN'T Have anything done to lose MY weight) I just said F-off. If I wanted your opinion I would give it to you. But that's just me. Sometimes it's hard not care, but I try hard not to.
  19. My surgeon said no soda as well. But soda is my gateway drug. I used to drink a 12 pack of Mountain Dew a day.no more for me ever. Even if doc says ok.

    My arms are jiggly but I've got great muscle tone so I think there is hope yet. I am 11 months out, 117 pounds down.

    Plateau At 8 Months Anyone?

    I was stuck for 7 weeks as well. Then I went to visit my mom and ate like a pig for a week. Came home and lost 3 pounds one day, 2 more the next then another 4 the next week.
