thanks I was worried but I see it will be just like my hysterectomy just the inscions will be in diffrent places. I didnt care if I got scaring because its VERY unlikely that anybody would see my tummy lol but thanks for answering my questions

I have a question. what kind of on inscion is used for the lap band. I have herd diffrent things through people that never had it. I had a robotic hysterectomy last yr and only had four small holes now I am being told that it like a bikini cut and from whar I hear it takes longer to heal is this true? Tamika

Hi! My name is Tamika I am a single (and never married) mother of five, living in cincinnati ohio. I'm planning on getting the leave band because i have empty sella syndrome (e.s.s) this us a pitutary condition my symptoms from this us migraines vision problems hair loss hormone changes last but not least obesity. I also have sleep apnea and on c-pap. Hot a lot young on and i think that leave band will help me. Hopefully i get a buddy Tamika

Hi folks! My name is Tamika I live in cincinnati ohio. I am in the process of being approved for lap band. I am 26 w/ the bmi of 63. I still have 5 months of assisted diet plan left. (so I am still in the early stages of doing this) I have empty sella syndrome (e.s.s) its a conditition that affect my pitutary gland and one of the symptoms is obesity in women. I also got sleep apnea and on c-pap at night. I dont really know how this process goes just praying that I will be bless to get this proceedure. Other fun facts about me is I have 5 kids and i'm in school. Hope this site can help me with questions about this proceedure. Tamika
