After having the band for almost a year, I'm finally scheduled to get a second fill. I will get my 2nd fill and hopefully the fill will help me lose more weight. I hit a plateau and it seems like i broke it but i lose and gain 2-3 lbs. Hopefully the second fill helps me out.

  13. Jhale69, I have to disagree with your nutritionist about not being able to eat fruits and vegetables. My Dr and nutritionist recommend we eat fruits and veggies after 6 months to help with the weight loss. I dont know what your Dr has told you but you should really research it more. I had the band for 10 months now and I'm down 105lbs. Good Luck
  14. Hello Everyone, Did all of you get a 2nd fill when you guys hit a plateau?
  15. I know what you mean, I've lost 100 lbs in 7 months and for the past 2 months havent lost. I went back to the Dr and Im doing a strict calorie diet. But before this I did the 5 day pouch test. They say its a plateau, but hope i could break it cause it does get frustrating at times.
  16. It helped me at the beggining, because i was able to see the calories and food I was eating
