Hello Bandsters! I did develop a craving for sweets. I never really liked sweets before the surgery, i only loved food, well still do, lol... But after the band I started craving something sweet. I fight this by using the 100 calorie packs. Weird huh!

Banded In Aug And Im A Little Nervous

It is normal to be nervous, I had the surgery a year ago and it was my first time having any kind of surgery. But I had to do it to help myself. A year later and 100 lbs down I'm glad I did it. This site helped me alot and going into the chat room and asking questions. You should look for a support group in your area. I have to say it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck and if you have any question I'll try to help -
