Its hard at the beggining but it will get better. Hang in there, you could do this. Also when this happens go for a walk or leave the house for a bit. -

I love my band, even though sometimes I forget to chew my food right and have to go running to the RR because a piece of food got stuck. How can I not love my band if it has helped me lose 110 lbs with in a year.
