If you havent ate and your throwing up like that go to the emergency room and call your surgeon. That don't look normal -

The more I know a person the more I learn how selfish they could be sometimes. I'm not perfect but I would never bust that move.

I really don't know whats going on withy my body. I work out 6 days a week, been doing the insanity dvds, Pure Cardio, Cardio Core and Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I started only doing 15-20 min of each dvd and now I could do the whole dvd. I have also been counting calories and protein and water but no weight loss in 2 weeks. In a whole month I've lost 4 lbs. What could i be doing wrong? Help Someone!

I been working out eating healthy or 3 weeks, 1st week I lost 3 lbs, 2nd and 3rd week 1 lbs! This is frustrating!!!!

Well if your getting the band its better you get used to stop drinking soda. I heard it increases the complications of corrosion on the band, not sure if its true but i heard here.
