So I finally got a second fill after 6 months. I have to say i felt the restriction and it was just .5cc How often do you bandsters get a fill.

Yes, The band itself is suppose to give you some restriction, some people are not the same but my band did give me restriction.

I ate it when I started to put fruits and veggies back in my foods I was aloowed to eat. I do eat them now but not alot because I tend to stop losing weight when I eat too much of them. -

Regarding the watermelon, My dietician told me it was too much sugar. Even though its water your body holds on to the sugar. -

I heard back from Blue cross with in a week. Right after i heard from them, they scheduled my surgery. -
