went for a walk with the hubby and the dog and they walk alot fasters...but kept up the best I could....in a bit of pain..but keeping an eye on the prize...I want onederland...badly!!!

Made a dr. appointment to get full check up including blood work...yuck hate blood work need to get this fatigue problem figured out

got my emotions in check and starting to lose weight again...nice to have friends to discuss my journey thanks to all here for your guidance!
