Made a dr. appointment to get full check up including blood work...yuck hate blood work need to get this fatigue problem figured out

I can only eat the best cuts and I have to cut really small bites...I usually share one with my husband

it happen to me for the first week....walk alot every two hours when you drink anything do it slowly one sip at a time

went for a walk with the hubby and the dog and they walk alot fasters...but kept up the best I could....in a bit of pain..but keeping an eye on the prize...I want onederland...badly!!!

i love it all but going to have to really focus and just taste a bite of stuff no filling the plate up.

i like string cheese as a go to snack when i am hungry but don t have time to sit and eat..

you will be fine don t over think it. Biggest things after surgery....walk around like they tell you to...follow directions don t push yourself take your time when you eat when you eat pay attention..eat slowly one small bite at a time.

I would inform her that your doing it so its not secret..and then do it...its for you not her and so what if her family knows...I have had my husbands family make so nasty comments...screw them do it for you!

chew chew and then chew some more ...that was my biggest problem I kept forgetting some foods require mre chewing then others.

a quick tip when that happens write down what you ate so as to keep a list of possible no's that way if it happens again you know that item is no longer allowed at all.
