feeling very disappointed in myself. not doing what I'm supposed to do. need an adjustment seriously.

Hey Byrd, how u doing? I'm doing good. I need an adjustment though. However, i can't get one right now because of insurance issues. It has been 7 months for me so far. I will get one at my yearly check up though in july. can u believe its been that long already. well good luck and God Bless.
