  1. I know right. Sometimes I wonder where they come up with these timelines.
  2. I never knew about the dependency thing but I guess it makes sense. I'm 3 months post op and I've drank twice. Just one drink each. But I feel the urge or need to all the time and it's so hard for me to say no even when I go out with the intentions of not drinkin. My doc told me no alcohol for a year tho :/.
  3. I usually get in 600-800 calories daily. But my doc wants me at 800-1000, I still have to work on getting to that point but I make sure I'm at a minimum of 60g protein, some days I get in 100g.
  4. I was sleeved 3/1. Highest weight:267. Surgery weight:231. Current weight:184. So I've lost 47 since my surgery I'm ecstatic. My main focus is protein, water, and strength training.
  5. I'm about 9 or 10 weeks out and my temp is 102. My throat kills so I think it's just a cold but is that any indication of a leak? I can barely get any liquids down its killing me but I'm trying. So should I be worried or call my doctor?
  6. I just tried these with reg low fat cream cheese I can't wait till they cool down. I tried one already but I know the cream cheese needs to settle. I def will try strawberry or even cinnamon cream cheese next time. Thanx for the recipe!!

  9. These pizza hut commercials are taunting me. So I decided to do my own version of pizza that has Protein from meat and cheese but the ooey gooey cheese we all love! 4 slice turkey 1 slice turkey bacon 1/4 cupShredded cheese of choice 2 tbspns Marinara/ pizza sauce Lay out turkey slices overlapping. Spread sauce add cheese and chopped turkey bacon. Pop in toaster oven for 7-10 min Maybe 2-3 meals not sure yet. But so delish! Hope u enjoy

    Peanut Butter

    I was eating natural peanut butter at about 2 weeks out. Its an easy way to get in some calories for energy and also protein.
  12. Currently I'm working out about 3-4 times a week, about an hour each session. Just wondering how often everyone else is? If I feel tired/sore should I just get up and go anyway or is 3-4 days enough to keep the pounds off? Thanks!

    I try and make sure I'm hydrated before and I sip through out my workout as well

    In The Mood For Pizza?

    It was great guys! The best thing is that it was perfect for my pizza craving and it only took 15 min total to prep and cook. It made 2 meals for me, you can slice it out and eat it like a reg piece of pizza its not as messy as it looks lol.
