  1. So I have been MIA for about a month, haven't lost a thing but haven't gained. I really need to get back on track. Family vacation is over, thats not an excuse but all sorts of excuses are over. I need to lose my last 20 before february 1 year surgiversary.

  2. Exercise pays off especially when slacking. Lost one pound overnight. Officially marks 126lbs lost!!!!

  4. Hope everyone is having an awesome day. Woke up late, now gym time then heading on over for a WLS support group tonight.

  5. Ok so I am once more working on a research paper. I sabotage my good eating habits with stress mindless snacking. Any good tips on low guilt snacks? I prefer sweet and salty when stress! Grad school is hazardous to my waistline!

  6. I got a note from my bariatric doctor. She doesn't like the fact that I have no continual access to water at work and the fact that I am dehydrated when I work and I have to eat more. Otherwise she is very pleased with my weight loss and says I melting away. Woohoo!

  10. I work at for the same hospital facility where I had surgery and took my pre surgery classes. While on break from an annual update class I saw that a pre surgery class was starting. I said hello to my nutritionist who was shocked to see me and my weight loss. She asked me to speak to the class quickly (I was on a 10min break). It felt really nice talking to the group and I felt really proud of myself :-)

  11. Not sure how I will survive annual update training for work. Up since 6am, mind you I am a ***htshift person. It'sGonna be a long day.

  12. Today is Day 1 of the Pouch Test for me. Lets see how this goes. Wish me luck!I need to stop snacking on slider foods. Doritos killed me last night at work, retained 2 lbs from all the sodium. Blah!

  13. Went Hiking with Valerie today, had a great day. Soon off to the grind for a 12 hour shift.

  15. Bought a pair of size 8/10 Lucky Brand jeans at Costco for $29.00. These are my current "goal" jeans. By mid September I am hoping.

  17. Working on presentation for school, then work for 12hrs. Can't wait to be off tomorrow!!!

  18. Just put in 6 hours of school work now off to REAL work 12 hour nursing shift here I come!!! I have to remember not to eat before my labs in the morning.

  24. Just had Trader Joe Mahi Mahi burger pattie with Fire Roasted Veggies in Balsamic sauce for dinner. Delish!

  25. I should have been doing my school work today, have spent it on FB and playing around online....now off to work. I promise to do school work tomorrow.
