    Those reactions are the main reason I havent told anyone but my mom and daughter and my bff who has had the lap band. It took me too long to make up my mind about this surgery for me to listen to any nay sayers. Be strong!!

    I had my test Tuesday and I was told I was Vit D deficient...I got a rx for a 6wk supply (to be taken once a week)...and it didnt affect my surgery date...Im still being sleeved TUESDAY You got this!!

    I will be sleeved December 20th!!! It's been a long time coming & I am so happy. I initially was told I would have it on the 13th, so I started my liquids but was told to come off until the 10th...fine with me! Lol I am trying not to run out & buy a scale until I am at least 2 weeks post op. I don't wanna get into the habit of weighing everyday.

    Hello, I remember seeing a thread in the past about this....if anyone knows where it is, and wouldnt mind posting it here, I'd appreciate it. If not, I have my appt with the surgeon on Weds, and I need to know what I should ask....I do have my own list of questions already, I just want to make sure I am not leaving anything out....Thanks for your help.

    I finally had the "talk" with my mom. She took it a lot better than I expected, she was actually ELATED...now I'm all weirded out....it was like that awkward moment when you find out your mom thinks youre really fat *tears* lol

    I have been calling surgeons office since Monday, today I find out that they never got psyche report, I call psyche, she sends to them again, they have it and now *drum roll please* I meet with surgeon this Thursday....Sleeve date TBA soon!!!!!!!

    Have you thought of maybe blending the veggies or maybe doing a V-8? I know you need to stick with the plan but you also have to be healthy for surgery. I am sending positive thoughts your way and hoping you feel much better soon.
