well I have stalled and need to jump start my weight loss ... I think I need the B12 shots to give me a boost

Ok yippy I got my log in issues taken care of and I am back !!!!!!!!!! and down 60 lbs ,how is everyone

oh for the last 2 days I have eaten bad things and it makes me feel sad

8 weeks out and 35 pounds down

3 more pounds gone so that is a greand total of 30 hip hip hurray

well the weight is not exactly just falling off but it is coming off so i am happy

today is my 6 week surgiversy and I am proud to be down 27 pounds

well I am still frozen in weight loss time

grrrrr I have to admit it does get me a little ma when I am going to the gym eating right and still dont lose . I hate stalls but they come with this new life

Hey everyone I am one month out and posting pictures I am down 25 pounds !!!!

Today is my second day to have no loss it has been about a pound a day for a while but I am not stressing it at all because I know it will come off . My son told me last night I look smaller every day it was sweet

21 pounds gone forever and started tanning and going to the gym today I am so enjoying my new life

Down 18 pounds including what I lost pre op and going to post my story today

Back at work and feeling better

ok I am sleeved !!!! Lots of things were not what I expected but I am still doing well just ready to get back home to my kids

leaving for Mexico tonight and getting my sleeve tomorrow cant wait thanks to all of my great friends here who have helped me get prepared

started my pre op clear liquids and it SUCKS I want a pork chop !!!I am going to stick with it because I know it is best but just 3 days I leave day after tomorrow

1 week

8 days and I am getting all packed and ready

9 more days !!!!!!!!!!!!

10 days and started my pre-op diet and it sucks but I can do this

Could it really be that I have only 11 mores days ?! I stat my pre-op diet tomorrow then its a 10 day count down

17 more days and I am getting nervous and a little emotional it is a weird thing letting go of the food

18 days till sleeve and yuck 8 days till I start my Pre-op diet which I am not looking forward to
