Congrats on your anniversary! You are very inspirational

Thank you both very much. Jamllyne I am still struggling with my self image. I look in the mirror all I see is the big unhealthy fat man. Only when I look at the side by side pics do I fully appreciate how far I've come. I hope some day that will change.

Jim. I just said this on another post last night. I, too, struggle with my body image while looking in the mirror. At 327 pounds, I did not see myself for what I weighed, and at 120 pounds less, I still cannot see myself for what I weigh now. However, I can see it in pictures. One picture in particular was the catalyst I needed to take back my health. I am so happy for you, as you have come a very long way in deed. Best Wishes for continued good health!!!!
