  1. so ive been hearing a lot that if you start off walking for say 5 minutes, and then you start to run for 1-3 minutes and then repeat until you reach your goal destination, itll be just as efficient as it would be if you just ran the whole distance. my doctor said as long as i keep my heart rate the same speed then it it beneficial. has anyone done this method??


  2. im thinking of buying a new wii system because i gave my old one away. (hardly used it) I am seeing there are great work out games such as wii fit and zumba and just dance. I am wondering if this would be a good workout. I would do them for a half hour to an hour everyday, 5 to 6 days a week. Please let me know if getting the wii again is a good choice!


  3. i work fulltime and never have time to cook. i need ideas for quick and easy meals for lunch and dinner. ive been having lean cusine meals for dinner but i know processed food is something i should stay away from. I am also staying away from any carbs such as bread, pastas,and rice. For lunch ive been having a few pieces of cheese, a couple slices of turkey breast and some carrots. Im getting bored of this quickly. I also bring raw veggies or fruits to work as well as almonds. I have access to a microwave at work.Please let me know if you have any lunch or dinner ideas! Thank you so much.
