Day 6 for me and YES I know. I had to throw some cream soup in there for lunch because I was not going to make it. So far so good. I ve lost 7 pds.
Thank God the sacrafice is not in vain!

I get banded on Aug 17th day 5 of this pre op is kicking my behind already lost 9lbs how is it going for u ?

I am struggling on day number 2. I know its a mental thing, but its whooping me! Good Luck!

I am struggling on my 2 week fast. I cannot have anything but , 5 Medifast drinks, jello, popsicles, and water. I feel tired, grouchy, with a full fledged headache. What can I do? I want to stick to this but I dont feel my system is cooperating. Any tips?
