  1. I told my family I was considering WLS. I got some negative feed back so I did it any way without as much as telling them anything else. After the surgery, they all said why didn't you tell us you were having surgery. I said if you had been more supportive when I said I was considering it I may have included you. Since you weren't I decided i didn't need the negativity around during a trying and emotional time.. next time they should think before they say somthing about somebody elses decisions; because they just might leave you out of the next one..

    Good luck...

  2. You can if I can.... I was a boredom eater... if got bored, I ate. If money is or was tight, and I had nothing to do or no where to go i ate. I ate myself to 470lbs. Got diabetes, high blood pressure and a host of other issues...

My sleeve has changed that in my personality. I no longer revert to eating everytime I am bored. I have found, that at night when I would usually have that last snack right before bedtime some times I find myself staring into the refrigerator for no reason at all. I can't possibly eat another bite but my head is telling me this is where I am supposed to be, now!

It is truly bizarre..? So hang in there get your sleeve and work the post surgery diet. Don't expect to lose weight every day or even every week. It took you a while to put it on and its gonna take a while to take it off. It will come off! I promise you it will, if you stick to your post op procedures...

    Good luck!

  3. Rootman I also had the same problems pre surgery... Stinking sheets and blanket and sweat stains even in the winter time.... Now it seems to be lessening with every pound, so much so i can now shower at night with the wife and wake in the morning not haveing to shower again in the morning.. Nice!

  4. Hey razrnakcrzy,

I'll hold my hands up and admit that I ain't a bloke.... uhummm, now that is out in the open...lol...

I am very intersted in how you used the Apple Vinegar... is that the same as cider vinegar? Did you just drink it or....

Nope! apply topically on a clean wash rag directly to the affected area and it will magically start to shrink the offending tissue. I found this on the internet did a search for hemroids and home cures... It worked in 3 days VS the 15 I used tucks and preperation "H" ..... Some people do also drink it but I did not. Every morning when I got up i applied it and every evening when I showered I applied it...

There is some study about Candidia causing Roids or infalming roids and the acidity of the Vinegar irradicates it from the affected area..!

    Good luck!

And may I say from your picture, You do not at all look like a "BLOKE" ;)

I think mine was cause from having severe Diarrhea caused from the liquid diet and not having a gall bladder... But they got reved up and it took 3 weeks to get them under control.
