You look so beautiful -- especially with your dog and horse. And you are smart and wise at the same time. I have just read your response to the woman who lost her husband and also read your sad story of the loss of your sister and want to tell you that YOU ARE MY HERO!!! I had my operation in October, 2011 and never made it to goal. I lost 100 pounds in the first 6 months then leveled off for awhile and now have gained 30 pounds. I looked up the EMDR Institute and am wondering if you used that to help you deal with the loss of your sister or to help you with eating issues.
