I am a new sleever=3 days home. My protein powder mixes fine in cold liquids but mixing it in broths all it does is clump up. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Can someone tell me why my protein powder won't dissolve in hot foods? When I add protein powder to my bouillon, it just clumps up and won't dissolve. I'm a new vertical sleeve and need help.
