Sweet Pee

I never had any problems digesting my wonderful fruit, vegetables, nuts and Beans, with an occasional bite or drink of grass fed, hormone free animal products. For me, weight loss was quicker with out animal foods, plus digestion is easier. However fish, depending on how it is cooked digest very well. I try to focus on anything that grows from the earth, and I can not go wrong. After my surgery, I tried to get into the Protein diet everyone kept on talking about. I did not work for me because it was too complicated for me. Instead, focused on getting as many green foods into my body as possible. That meant juicing a lot to get enough vital nutrients my body needed.

Are you referring to the scar that goes straight down the middle of the stomach? If that is the case research a fleur de lis abdominoplasty. If the plastic surgeon is unable to a regular tummy tuck or lower body lift ask about a fleur de lis abdominoplasty.

Are you speaking of the scar that goes straight down the middle of your stomach? It may not be a problem if your plastic surgeon does a fleur de lis abdominoplasty.

I just recently had arm lift surgery in Tijuana, Mexico with awesome results. I used a board certified plastic surgeon as well. Arms Lift surgery is not easy, and extra care must be taken durning this particular procedure, and especially durning the sewing. Sutures must be perfect to obtain the best results. You look wonderful!! And I agree, it is very important to focus on yourself. I can't wait to get back to the gym either, however I am 9 weeks post op from thighs and arms. Just taking my time and doing slow walking. I hope you continue to recover beautifully. Happy Healing:)

I know there has been others asking about the Ariel Center in Tijuana for plastic surgery. Although I can not give you specifics information on that center, I can say that I did go to Tijuana, Mexico for plastic surgery and had excellent results with Dr Victor Gutierrez. I am a very real person, I promise you. Smile I always write Dr Victor Gutierrez name out. Sorry for not sounding authentic. It is just the way that I write. Just dry and methodical, plus I have another language flowing through my head. Not good when trying to write English, which is my native language. I always tend to be a little too anal about my writing.

I have to agree with you on the straight incisions of Dr Victor Gutierrez and the perfect results of his work. He chooses a persons health and will not do too many dangerous surgical procedures at one time. There is no debate which surgeons work looks the best, however. . . Some people want a ton of work done at one time and can only take off work and travel one time, and feel they will sacrifice straight incisions, and have many procedures at one time just to go ahead and get rid of the extra saggy skin that causes rashes and emotional distress for so many. That is one reason why people choose Dr S and of course it is good to have an alternative surgeon if they choose to go this route.

I too would recommend Dr Victor Gutierrez or Dr Sauceda. Dr Victor Gutierrez uses twilight sedation as well, and I woke up feeling refreshed and not in any pain either. It is good to be able to recommend Doctors we know will put your health above anything else. I know Dr G did this for me. I am sure Dr S does too. Dr Gutierrez learned how to sew when he was a young boy. He was taught by his mother and all his stitches had to be perfect. We talked about this for a long time because my mom is a seamstress and taught me to sew perfectl stitches too. His incisions and sutures are perfect' because it is something he has been doing all his life. Crossing the boarder was very easy and the drive to the San Diego airport to board the plane did not take long at all. It is something to consider. But other than that, you are safe and your plastic surgery results will come out beautiful with either plastic surgeon.

Yes I was in recovery for 7 days after my first surgery. If you are having major surgery, like a lower body lift, I would really recommend that you stay in recovery at least 7 days or more. I am glad I did. For both of my surgeries, I arrived a few days before my surgery so that I could enjoy Tijuana. The doctor will make sure you are will taken care of.

When I went to Tijuana to have surgery with Dr Victor Gutierrez, I stayed in recovery for 7 days when I had my lower body lift, breast lift, and butt lift with 24 hours nursing care. I was taken care of beautifully. Dr Gutierriez is unbelievable when it come to his bedside manner, and he is a nice man. I traveled alone but was taken care of every step of the way. Last month when I went, I only stayed in recovery 1 day for my arm lift and my thigh lift. I could take care of myself. I traveled alone again, and went to a hotel for the remainder of my recovery. I chose to stay a long time in the hotel, because I have young kids, and I did not want to go home too early, because I know my self. I know I would start using my arms before I needed to because of them. All of my results have come out beautiful.
