Dr Victor Gutierrez quoted my price to me back in 2012, so I am sure the prices are not the same. However, most people that get this type of surgery in Tijuana, México are paying anywhere between $10 - 13 thousand dollars. Sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more give or take a few thousand dollars. It is very affordable and something I have never regretted. I wish you much success!

After weight loss surgery, many people are choosing to have plastic surgery. I was determine to look my best, especially after working so hard to lose weight for many years. Everyone deserved to look their best. I know I wanted to. Of course price is usually a concern, and prices vary depending on the surgical procedure. Prices in Mexico are excellent. I totally want a breast lift. Can you share any comments or recommendations picture and pricing ?! I had a breast lift with no implants last year, because this suited my active life style and I am a little old fashion. Implants may be something I do in the future, but for now, I only wanted a lift although I had very little fat tissue after my weight loss. My plastic surgeon was honest with me as to how my breast would look. Trust me, I did not give him much to work with, but still ended up a with symmetrical perky full C cup. A really good plastic surgeon is someone who can work with absolutely anything. — touch it, change it, mend it, mold it, and somehow is able to make it beautiful. That is what mine did to me. I was taught many of these same concepts and applied them in my gym workouts. I am happy to say lifting very heavy weights, alternating upper and lower body and doing cardio such as swimming and jogging, I have had excellent results and can now see them after my plastic surgery. Good advice on the abs. I was wondering why my waist line was expanding. No more heavy weight in that area for me. Plus upping my protein. I will be happy to be able to go back to the gym.

I was provided a arm lift garment by my plastic surgeon, however I need another one. Any suggestions where I can find a really good arm compression garment?

After my recent arm lift surgery, I know I did not experience pain and it is hard to remember not to use your arms until they are healed. Use aggressive scar treatment methods as soon as possible. I am already using scar treatment oils and silicone for my healing, to have the thinnest, lightest scars possible. I strengthen my core and leg muscles, that way I did not have to use my arms for getting out of bed, sitting down or standing up. You will be fine! And I am sure, like all of us, you will love your results. :-)

For my lower body lift, butt lift and breast lift, I stayed 7 days in recovery with. 24 nursing care, but for my thigh and arm lift, I spent one night in recovery and 13 days at the hotel. I felt I wanted extra recovery time, before I went home, therefore stayed longer. I wanted to avoid using my arms or my legs, but I could take care of my self, plus the doctor and his assistant came to visit me daily. The full service hotel had room service, so I was very well fed and taken care of. I stayed so long, everyone was sad to see me go, plus I made so many new friends. Everyone there is so generous and helpful. You will not have to worry about your luggage. IT will be carried for you. The airport shuttle service, which the doctor arranges, will be there to pick you up and take you back to the airport. You never have to carry your luggage, even when you get to the airport. Tell them you need a wheelchair, and they will carry and do everything for you until you reach your destination city.

Most of the time the cost of plastic surgery in Tijuana, Mexico is going to be very reasonable and competitive, because many plastic surgeons charge about the same give or take 1- 4 thousand dollars. (I could be wrong, but that is just from my own personal research when I was shopping around depending on the procedure and any medical problems). After I found this information out, cost was not such a big deal. I focused on finding the Best plastic surgeon in the Tijuana, because my results were more important than saving a few thousand dollars. My advice is to search for the best plastic surgeon with the best consistent results.

I usually stay 7 days or more when I go to Tijuana, Mexico for recovery and relaxation. However, the amount of time you stay depends on the surgical procedure. I know my plastic surgeon can be flexible as to how many days you stay. However, in my option, the longer you can stay the better, because if any problems should arise, you are near your own doctor and can receive treatment.

I started off my journey by admitting to people my weight, which was 270lbs. Only after I began admitting the truth about my true weight, being honest with myself and to other people, could I began to make successful life changing transformations. I remember getting the scale, calling my husband and stood on the scale. SCARY! After that, it got easier to be honest about my true weight, which enabled me to be able to get help and thus make positive changes.

Hi skiddles, How are you? I know you are enjoying your beautiful new body. And now you are having a breast reduction. That is wonderful. My breast lift/reduction had been life changing. I had my surgery last year. Before: My breast were hanging skin with nipples. No fat tissue. No shape. Nothing. After: My breast became beautiful round and soft again. Perky. I had the T cut, but the scars has almost disappeared. After surgery, for me there was no pain, nor was there any swelling. I do remember them being tender to touch for about 4-5 months. Due to blood flow, the breast takes a while to heal, so be patience and I am sure your results will come out marvelous.
