  1. Plastics sure has given my ego a lift, yeah, that and the rest if my body. I like being perky.
  2. 2 tablespoons (clear melted) daily. I also cook with it. I like Gold Label Tropical Traditions coconut oil
  3. I am still "fat" in a skinny body. I will always remember what it was like wishing that I was smaller. I use to beat my self up. I did not even want to eat in front of skinny people. Going to the gym was impossible. I did not go until I got down to 190lbs. A greater joy and inner happiness can be had by helping others. A few words of encouragement can go a long ways. For me being overweight was dangerous and unhealthy. They may feel the same way. You never know what a few words of encouragement can do. You may save a life with just a pat on the back and a smile.
  4. My temperature was so low, and I stayed freezing cold all of the time. Coconut oil really helps me. :-) :-)
  5. Thanks Fiddleman!!!!!
  6. OMG!! HaHaHa LOL! Y'all got to stop!
  7. I love bison. It cooks quicker too.
  8. Poetry. Recite it using sign language. Feel the thoughts in your heart. That is true love!
  9. Those are good!!! I have to be careful though. I might want a candy bar after the soft chewy vitamins.
  10. Soft gels work for me.
  11. Plastics worked for my. Perky is much better for me. Thankfully I has a good plastic surgeon that could do mine without implants.
  12. Yup, you may need to get the dress closer to the date. The same thing happen to me last year. I tried on a size 10. It fit perfectly. I bought a size 6. Four months later the size 6 dress was getting too big. I had to slack up exercising an eat lots of nuts to keep from losing too much more weight so I would not have to pay for expensive alterations.
  13. I ate a lot of greens and juiced green veggies before and after my sleeve. Maybe add more green veggies. Between that and Boot Camp at the gym, the weight came off. If I did not exercise, I would not lose an ounce.
