Hello my forum family it has been a while. I am down 80lbs since i started the process and 61lbs since surgery in December.

Hi everyone it's been a while since i have been on the forum. I am dowing well down 50lbs since surgery and 72lbs total. I have been working out 5 days a week at the gym lifting weights and its working.

I am 2 months out and 40lbs down!!! I am seeing a difference in my body and feeling alot better already.

I was able to put on, pull up and button size 18 dress pants today. I haven't been able to wear size 18 in almost 10 years.

Hey everyone just checking in i have lost 3 more pounds and will be joining La Fitness this week.

I have hit the 3rd week stall, the scale hasn't moved the last 3 days. I started walking 30 minutes a day and still nothing.

I am only two weeks out and i have lost 22lbs. I am so excited that the scale is moving so fast. Life is good

Yesterday i completed all my pre-op stuff. I met with my surgeon and signed all the releases and went to the hospital to pre-register. So i am all set for surgery Wednesday morning at 8:00 am.

I am doing much better on my pre-op diet this week. My surgery is only one week away and i am soooo excited. I have my last pre-op appointment with my surgeon on Friday.

I feel so weak and tired from my pre-op diet. I just want to go home and sleep. Is this normal??

I started my pre-op yesterday, but i cheated today because of Thanksgiving. I will be back on track tomorrow.

I got approved and my surgery is scheduled for Dec. 7

Well i think we have everything submitted that the insurance company needs and i am waiting for those magic words "APPROVED". I think once i hear it i will be able to exhale.

I had an emotional breakdown yesterday dealing with my surgeon’s office and insurance company. They are not communicating well and it’s postponing my surgery date.

I am still waiting on the insurance approval. My packet was submitted last week and the doctors office said it should only take a few days. I guess no news is good news.

Hi my fellow sleever’s I completed all the insurance requirements today and my packet has been submitted. So now I am waiting for my approval. Fingers crossed it should take about two weeks.

I have lost 21 lbs during my six month weight management phase. I am hoping to lossing more during my pre-op phase.

I have 5 weeks to my surgery. I can finally say my surgery is next month. No fear just excitement!!

My surgery is 8 weeks from today, tick tock tick tock time is moving slowly. I am so ready, I have every thing I need and have prepared for this the last 6 months.

I had my 5th weight management appointment this morning and I am down 18lbs. I have my last weight management appointment Oct 17 and then my surgery Nov 9. That’s about 8 more weeks; I can finally see the finish line.

I have 9 weeks till my surgery the time is moving so slow.

I found out yesterday that my surgery should be around November 9 or 10. I am so excited that it’s coming closer.
