Hi, I was banded on 05/19/11 and I still have that shoulder and neck pain sometimes. I have noticed that I get it when I drink my liquids too fast. I know it's past a year that I was banded but I still working on having sips of liquid. I live in Arizona and we have up 100's temperatures here and I get very thirsty so sometimes I forget that I can't gulp liquids anymore and I get that horrible pain.

I take one chewable MV and one chewable Calcium daily. My doctor suggested Flintstones chewable vitamins, I get them in Walmart but I buy the Walmart brand "equate".
