How are you feeling Steph? I'm doing well with the pain but the liquid diet i'm struggling with bad! I'm not getting in enough protein and i'm dehydrated

I cant stand liquids everything is gross to me

Yes I think the liquid diet will be really tough for me also! I actually found a post on here today of tons of different protein shakes. I emailed it to myself so I'll send it to you if you want to check it out?
