Im 14 days post op. I am down 22lbs. But I am not eating anything but 1/4 cup of puree vege soup daily and a little water. I stopped taking my vitamins because I started gagging and throwing up when taking them. I went to work for the first day today and I had to leave early because I am so weak. I know this is self inflicted. Can someone tell me the foods they ate during the puree stage?

Im 3 days post op!!!! I made it~~ It was definitely an experience. I am finding it hard to get the water down. I get all my protein and vitamins and pain meds but the water.....it seems to hurt more when I sip it. I am already walking 2 miles per day, which is 4 times around my neighborhood block. My surgeon says he wants me to do that 5-7 days a week forever. It really is enjoyable. Im meeting alot of my neighbors for the first time eventhough I have lived here for 6 years. tty soon

I have my post op instructions but I wana know what did yall do post op the first 2 weeks? What did you drink and how much? Just wondering. My day is coming soon and im starting to get really excited and I cry everytime I think about my new life. I love you guys for your yalls help with everything..

I have a preop visit scheduled for 9/16/11.....they said for me to be prepared to stay 3-4 hours. Why so long?

I had my psyc eval yesterday.....it was about 1.5 hours. I had to answer 300 questions and bascially interview with him. It was rough. But I was just honest and that made things so much easier. The driving in Memphis killed me more than anything. lol NOW I MEET MY SURGEON ON 8/3/11...........here I go again with the anticipation....I kill myself worrying so much about nothing.....♥
