Two years out - 5K check - 10K set for August - Half Marathon for November. . . who is this person ?!?!

Good job on not smoking! If you can believe it - it gets easier. The time is flying. I just finished throwing out all my food because I start my liquid diet tomorrow. It was kind of sad and kind of scary. Do you have to do a liquid diet prior to surgery?

As of today, I have my eating under control. I go to the doctor next monday and have to weigh-in, so that's keeping me honest. How are you doing - the date is getting close!!!
